Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing top-notch support to our valued customers. Your ability to resolve issues and create positive experiences will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to address their needs and provide assistance.
  • Analyze customer problems and recommend solutions efficiently.
  • Manage customer accounts and support their product inquiries.
  • Contribute to team targets by achieving personal KPIs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • A degree in Business or Communication is an advantage
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
