Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous learning about products to provide informed assistance.
• Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction metrics.
• Promote new products and services to customers when appropriate.
• Work closely with sales and marketing for customer outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certificate in Customer Service or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills: Conversational skills in additional languages like Afrikaans or isiXhosa are advantageous.
