In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance on a wide range of matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering strategic legal solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of South African law and previous experience in a legal advisory capacity. You will collaborate with various departments to mitigate risks and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review and enforce internal policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on employment law matters and employee relations issues.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
• Advise on intellectual property issues and protection strategies.
• Support the organization in business development initiatives from a legal perspective.
