Responsibilities

• Create engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
• Handle administrative functions related to recruitment activities.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology

Experience

• 3+ years in recruitment, with agency experience preferred
