Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to final placement. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned roles.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruitment role or HR support role
