Job Description

As a Learning and Development Consultant with SkillUp Solutions, your mission will be to enhance employee skills through innovative training solutions. You'll leverage your knowledge of learning methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to aid in effective learning.
• Measure and report on the success of training programs using KPIs and feedback.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Utilise technology to enhance learning delivery, including e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Facilitation Skills

• Communication
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with platforms for managing and delivering training programs.
