Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role is pivotal for maintaining a healthy workplace culture and supporting our workforce effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job analysis to onboarding.
  • Provide HR support in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Implement employee development programs to enhance skill sets.
  • Ensure a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes.
  • Work closely with management to develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
