Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse certification

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience

• Emergency Care

Certifications

• ACLS Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR): Experience with EHR systems is beneficial.
• Leadership experience: Previous leadership roles in nursing are a plus.
