Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges efficiently.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Promote patient-centered care and advocacy.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the department.
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.
• Conduct research and participate in evidence-based practice.
• Engage in professional development and networking opportunities.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences in care planning.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
