Job Description

As a Sandblasting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing sandblasting operations across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure compliance with safety standards and oversee the effectiveness of our sandblasting team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and ensure all sandblasting work adheres to project specifications.
• Conduct inspections of work sites to enforce safety compliance.
• Lead the sandblasting team and ensure effective task execution.
• Provide on-the-job training for new operators and ongoing support for current team members.
• Evaluate the performance of sandblasting processes and recommend enhancements.
• Document sandblasting activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with site managers and engineers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during the sandblasting process.
• Promote a positive work environment to enhance team productivity.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of sandblasting equipment.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant sandblasting certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
