Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who possesses a strong background in restaurant operations and staff management. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and HR policies.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs and events.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and employee contracts.
  • Maintain HR documentation and support audits when required.
  • Provide support for training and development initiatives.

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with employee engagement tools: Experience with tools to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency: Experience working within a recruitment or staffing agency environment.
