Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and performance through tailored training programs and workshops. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver training sessions that enhance employee capabilities.
  • Assess learning outcomes and adjust programs as needed.
  • Offer coaching and mentorship to staff to encourage professional development.
  • Work with subject matter experts to design relevant training content.
  • Design e-learning modules that are interactive and user-friendly.
  • Track and report on employee training progress and effectiveness.
  • Encourage participation in training initiatives through motivating campaigns.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion training initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or training roles
