Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness, and recommending improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient sales compensation plans.
  • Communicate compensation best practices to the sales and HR teams.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation packages and recommend changes.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure compliance with budget constraints.
  • Use data analysis techniques to assess compensation effectiveness.
  • Work with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in the annual compensation review process.
  • Develop and present compensation analysis reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in compensation processes.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive employee compensation information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role preferred
