Responsibilities

• Draft building plans and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with team members to refine project designs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.
• Assist with project management tasks including scheduling and budgeting.
• Review and approve shop drawings from contractors.
• Evaluate and select materials for projects, integrating sustainable options whenever possible.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout all phases of the project.
