Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, where you'll work closely with clients to identify staffing needs, source exceptional talent and guide candidates through the recruitment process, enhancing our clients’ workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular contact.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop clear job descriptions.
• Explore new recruitment technologies and methods to improve processes.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on the candidate experience.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a consultancy role
