Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and foster personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement e-learning solutions and blended learning approaches.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Coordinate with management to identify potential training budget requirements.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and contribute to their ongoing training.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance training initiatives.
• Conduct post-training evaluations to gather feedback and measure improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate training environments

Technical Skills

• Workshop Facilitation
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification
• Certified Learning Professional (CLP)
