The Social Worker will provide support, guidance, and services to individuals and families facing various challenges. Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze client situations to design intervention strategies.
• Offer therapeutic and support services to individuals and families.
• Coordinate with external agencies to facilitate client access to support services.
• Champion client rights and navigate complex social systems.
• Document client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies.
• Stay informed about current social issues and public policy affecting client populations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with disadvantaged communities
