Setter Helper

Job Description

The Setter Helper will assist in the setup and maintenance of production equipment in our dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are physically capable and thrive in a bustling workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support the Setter in configuring machines and equipment for production runs.
• Conduct inspections of production equipment and notify management of malfunctions.
• Ensure that all safety measures are adhered to consistently.
• Assist in moving materials and supplies to and from production areas.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Documentation of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical certification is advantageous

Experience

• No specific experience required, but familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
