Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring that our customers receive unparalleled service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Higher education qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or support environment
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Call center systems experience
Soft Skills
  • Empathy and patience
  • Time management skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational
