We are seeking a passionate and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our Cape Town team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. This role is vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training clients on our services.
• Act as a liaison between clients and different internal teams.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Contribute to team meetings to share insights from client feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
