Event Planner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Planner in Cape Town to manage and coordinate all aspects of our events. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life, from planning to execution. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their event goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed event plans outlining timelines and tasks.
• Manage event registrations and attendee communications.
• Prepare reports and budgets to track event expenditure.
• Facilitate post-event follow-ups and feedback sessions with clients.
• Continuously explore new trends and ideas in event planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Relevant certifications in event management are a distinct advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in event planning and management

• Event Design

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in another language: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans or another local language is a plus.
