We are in search of an HR Generalist to assist our team in driving the HR function within our Johannesburg office. You will be instrumental in managing employee relations, developing HR programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Responsibilities
Oversee the employee onboarding process and training.
Manage employee relations and respond to inquiries.
Create and update employee handbooks and policies.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
Monitor employee performance and provide necessary training.
Assist with talent management and succession planning.
Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies.
Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's in HR management preferred

5+ years of diversified HR experience
