Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing
