Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Your attention to detail will ensure that employee data is correctly captured, and compliance with local regulations is maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time.
• Review and process time sheets, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Provide training and support to HR regarding payroll processes.
• Compile payroll information for reporting and budgeting purposes.
• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and deductions.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Payroll Management or HR
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar payroll role

Certifications
