Non-Profit Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Non-Profit Program Manager to lead our community initiatives in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a deep commitment to social change. You will oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation while building partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with outreach teams to support community engagement.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and funding agencies.
• Oversee the management of program staff and volunteers.
• Identify challenges and develop strategic solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community needs and resources.
• Organize community events and presentations to raise awareness of programs.
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to monitor expenses.
• Promote the organization’s mission and programs through various channels.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in program management within a non-profit setting
