• Collaborate with fellow guides for best practice sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Qualification in Tourism or Hospitality is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Tour Guide

Technical Skills

• Fluent in multiple languages
• Strong organisational skills

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Enthusiasm for tourism

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with cultural heritage sites: Background in guiding tours at historical or cultural sites.
• Photography skills: Ability to capture beautiful moments and share them with guests.
