We are looking for a skilled Tire Bladder Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality tire bladders used in the production of tires. Responsibilities

• Setup and operate bladder manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure product specifications are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Document production outputs and quality checks.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Train new team members in safety and operational procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Keep stock of raw materials and components required for production.
• Implement and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workstation.

Requirements

Education

• No specific formal qualifications required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in bladder manufacturing or related manufacturing roles is highly advantageous. On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
