We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead our guests through the stunning sights of Cape Town. As a Tour Guide, you will share your passion for the region's rich culture and history while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of Cape Town's major attractions and hidden gems.
• Provide insightful information about cultural heritage, historical sites, and local wildlife.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants.
• Customize tours based on guest preferences and feedback.
• Handle group dynamics and manage unexpected situations with professionalism.
• Promote a positive image of the company and the surrounding area.
• Assist with logistical arrangements including transportation and meal planning.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in tour guiding or hospitality

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
