We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead our guests through the stunning sights of Cape Town. As a Tour Guide, you will share your passion for the region's rich culture and history while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and informative tours across various locations in Cape Town.
• Share stories and facts about the local culture and historical context.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the tour experience.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for seamless operations.
• Be adaptable to guest needs and modify schedules as necessary.
• Collect and address feedback from guests to enhance future tours.
• Prepare materials and content for educational purposes.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in tour guiding or hospitality

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
