Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg team. Your main role will be to understand client needs, monitor their success, and help them utilize our solutions effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Customize onboarding sessions and training programs based on individual client requirements.
  • Regularly review client goals and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with client decision-makers to strengthen loyalty and retention rates.
  • Actively track customer feedback and satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver presentations to clients on product features, benefits and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
  • Support the sales team with renewals and contract negotiations by providing necessary insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech company
