Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Lead to drive our customer support initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer service teams, fostering a positive environment, and implementing effective support strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer interaction processes and ensure resolution effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients for feedback and improvement.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Lead by example in promoting excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and customer service technologies.
  • Identify training needs and schedule workshops for the team.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of customer service staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
  • Certification in Customer Service Excellence is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
