Caul Dresser

Job Description

We need a qualified Caul Dresser to apply caulking materials expertly, ensuring that all gaps and seams in our structures are waterproof and meet industry standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking with a variety of materials for waterproofing.
• Conduct surface inspections to identify caulking needs.
• Document the progress of caulking tasks.
• Train new staff on caulking best practices.
• Assist with other general construction tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience as a Caul Dresser or in a related construction role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of caulking materials
• Ability to read construction plans
• Basic understanding of construction techniques

Languages
