Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in our operations by delivering high-quality IT support to our users in East London. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage hardware and software installations, and ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and support strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical support roles
