In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
• Develop training and development programs for employees.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Facilitate employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
• Ensure HR practices align with company goals and values.
• Assist in conflict resolution and employee mediation efforts.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and HR standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role

• Labor law knowledge

Certifications

• CIPD Advanced Diploma in HR Management
• ICF Certified Coach

• English: Fluent
