Responsibilities

• Identify design barriers and propose effective solutions.
• Foster relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Contribute to community outreach and design competitions.
• Implement feedback from clients into final designs.
• Prepare documentation for building permits and approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Environmental Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice, particularly in sustainable design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Architectural Technologist
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Exposure to project management software: Experience with tools such as Trello or Asana for project tracking.
