Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Policy Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and evaluation of public policies, conducting research and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that policies meet the needs of the community.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret data to support policy formulation.
• Assist in the design and implementation of policy initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current public policies.
• Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
• Draft communication materials to disseminate policy information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Sociology, or similar field
• Master's degree in Public Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in public policy development
