We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for managing various construction activities, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction strategies to meet project deadlines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze project specifications and provide feedback for improvement.
• Manage on-site team and ensure high performance and productivity.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce safety measures.
• Document all project activities and maintain comprehensive records.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance.
• Continuously review project plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management or related field
