Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget while ensuring high quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate team meetings and workshops to boost collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for future improvements.
• Support the budgeting process and oversee expenditures.
• Motivate team members to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments post-completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Trello)
• Budget Management

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
