Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Researcher to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and contribute to designing innovative and user-friendly interfaces. This role is essential in creating user-centered designs that improve product functionality and overall user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather user feedback.
  • Implement user research strategies to improve user experience.
  • Work alongside developers to ensure design integrity in final products.
  • Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings.
  • Document user research findings and generate reports for future reference.
  • Present design concepts and findings to clients and team members.
  • Engage users in testing to validate design decisions.
  • Aid in crafting a seamless user journey across different platforms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Psychology, or relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in UX Design or similar is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI researcher or designer
