Job Description

Join our team as a Payroll Administrator, where you will oversee the payroll function and ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations. This role is essential to maintaining employee satisfaction through timely and accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire payroll cycle processing for monthly and weekly payroll.
  • Calculate employee deductions and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
  • Assist in year-end reporting and tax documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure data protection.
  • Review and update payroll policies to adhere to the latest regulations.
  • Facilitate training for new hires on payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Address employee concerns related to payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain records of employee leave and benefits for payroll processing.
  • Implement best practices for efficient payroll processing.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Payroll Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
