Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to ethical research practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site feasibility assessments and participate in the selection of investigational sites.
• Coordinate site initiation visits and ensure site staff training.
• Manage study budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
• Oversee the reporting of adverse events and ensure compliance with reporting timelines.
• Develop and maintain study timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Facilitate investigator meetings and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Maintain ethical standards throughout the research process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years experience in clinical research or related field
