Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist passionate about driving HR initiatives and managing employee relations. In this role, you will handle various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. You will work closely with management to create a thriving workplace environment that promotes productivity and satisfaction among employees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment strategy and interview process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Promote employee engagement through feedback and recognition programs.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for employee development.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation sessions.
  • Manage employee exits and conduct exit interviews.
  • Provide data for HR metrics and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
