Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing HR policies and programs that align with our business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate HR projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues.
  • Evaluate and monitor success of employee training programs.
  • Develop succession planning strategies and ensure career development opportunities.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover and improve retention.
  • Oversee payroll functions and ensure compensation practices are competitive.
  • Engage with department managers to understand HR needs and facilitate solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Professional HR certifications are preferable

  • 5+ years in a managerial HR role
