Job Description

As a DEI Manager, you will lead our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Johannesburg. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure that our workplace is welcoming and inclusive, nurturing a culture of respect and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all employees through targeted programs and policies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local organizations to promote diversity in recruitment.
• Act as a liaison for employee resource groups and support their initiatives.
• Provide guidance to management on best practices for fostering an inclusive workplace.

Advantageous

• Experience working in multinational organizations: Familiarity with diverse work environments and global DEI strategies.
• Fluency in African languages: Ability to communicate in multiple local languages is advantageous.
