As an Environmental Consultant at Green Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable practices for our clients in Cape Town. Responsibilities include conducting environmental audits, preparing reports on environmental performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective environmental strategies. A proactive approach and strong analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessments and report on environmental conditions.
• Advise on waste management practices and pollution control.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement processes.
• Implement innovative solutions for environmental sustainability.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Conduct field surveys and data collection activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented environmental measures.
• Provide expert consultancy on biodiversity conservation efforts.
• Assist clients with environmental certifications and standards.
• Document project progress and compile final reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental assessments
