We are on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator who can play a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives. This position will focus on recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities

  • Conduct job analyses and assist in job descriptions and hiring procedures.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Maintain HR databases and metrics for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
