Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in compensation management.
  • Gather and analyze compensation data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend improvements.
  • Work with HRIS systems to maintain compensation data integrity.
  • Develop communication materials to educate staff on compensation policies.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Masters or relevant certification in HR preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis role
