Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The ideal candidate will assist in developing HR strategies and policies that enhance employee productivity and engagement in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and assist in talent acquisition strategies.
• Serve as point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
• Implement and manage employee retention programs.
• Develop training manuals and conduct orientation sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate HR processes for efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and compliance.
• Support the performance appraisal process.

• Assist in the development of HR strategies and organizational development plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Professional HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
