Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The ideal candidate will assist in developing HR strategies and policies that enhance employee productivity and engagement in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and practices.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Facilitate employee training and development programmes.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Professional HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
