Job Description

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Your role will involve managing the recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate placement. You'll develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on candidates as required.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and recruitment best practices.
  • Implement creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
