Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs that empower employees and develop their skills. You will evaluate training effectiveness, identify growth needs, and create tailored learning solutions to enhance team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to determine skill gaps and areas for improvement.
• Create training materials, manuals, and resources that enhance the learning experience.
• Support employees' career development through mentoring and coaching.
• Stay updated on the latest training techniques and industry trends.
• Design e-learning modules using modern digital tools.
• Measure and report on training program effectiveness with key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in adult education or corporate training
