Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs that empower employees and develop their skills. You will evaluate training effectiveness, identify growth needs, and create tailored learning solutions to enhance team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess training needs within the organization through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
• Design and develop engaging training programs for different learning styles.
• Facilitate training sessions in person and online, ensuring they are interactive and effective.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in adult education or corporate training
