Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional grooming services that enhance the pets’ appearance.
• Engage with clients to explain grooming services and pricing.
• Work cohesively with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
• Attend continuing education workshops to improve grooming skills.
• Handle supplies and equipment responsibly to minimize waste.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Animal Care or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in professional grooming

Technical Skills

• Flea and Tick Treatments
• Skin Care for Pets

Soft Skills

• Friendliness
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Professional Groomer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer service: Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition: Understanding of proper diet and care for various types of pets.
